	The angel who first appeared to the shepherds on that cool, crisp evening, had a message directly from God Himself: “Don’t be afraid, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. Today in the town of David a Saviour has been born to you.” In a world which seems to be full of bad news, a message of good news for all people is a welcome change.

The House of Bishops of  the Province of the Anglican Church of Rwanda has elected the Rt. Rev. Onesphore  Rwaje as Archbishop to succeed the Most Rev. Emmanuel Kolini.&#160; He currently  serves as Bishop of Byumba Diocese and Dean of the Province.&#160; The Province  distributed this official statement:

         <description><![CDATA[So here's the freshest of fresh news for The Table.
&#160;
We  opened the doors around 3:45 and started the meal just after 4pm. &#160;We  ran out of seats! &#160;One of our guys tried counting about 30 minutes into  it, but it was a zoo -- at least 100 - and I'd guess closer to 120 based  on the taken seats.

At 5:00pm we moved into the main worship area and  started with some modern carols. &#160;When I counted loosely midway through  there were 125+, not counting the kids in the play...]]></description>
